Click-and-mortar businesses

Purely physical companies that perform most of their business offline, selling physical products by means of physical agents, are called the brick-and-mortar companies. These are businesses you can see on the real world like a grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and other stores.
Virtual companies in the other hand is referred to companies that conducts their business activities solely online.
Click-and-mortar companies is the other type of companies that conduct some e-commerce activities but primarily conduct their business offline. For an example; those running a restaurant may want to offer online ordering service through a website.
Nowadays more brick-and-mortar companies are moving into click-and-mortar business concept.
